I spent, and still spend, too much time sitting in waiting rooms, at the doctor and at the airport. I wouldn’t mind, except that I do mind Fox News, which always seems to be the station of choice.
This parody is making me chuckle.

Dance with the Reaper 
I resent the forced intrusion of television everywhere in the US, hospital waiting rooms, airports, DMV, even our local Post Office. I hate the audio pollution.
Why can’t people just wait in silence anymore? We have so many personal entertainment options: books, mags, iPods, smart phones, iPads, Kindles, meditation, day dreaming.
When the TV station of choice is Fox then I am forced to hook up my earbuds just to drown out the noise.
